Salary £75,000 to £80,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our growing team as a Dual Registered Manager.
You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects managing the home, we endeavour to create a safe environment that is homely and nurturing, enabling for positive relationships to be formed and for the children and young people to make progress in all areas of their development.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional looking to make a significant impact within our organisation, to put their stamp on the homes and have significant input the direction of company of growth.
Must have the following:
A strong working knowledge of EBD and behaviour that challenges
Experience of working within a Children's Residential Home as a Registered Manager.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).

Registered Manager
Salary £50,000 to £55,000 per annum
We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to join our team as a Registered Manager.
Responsibilities:
To manage the daily running of the home, in line with company policy and regulatory requirements. Supervising and providing guidance, support, direction and leadership to staff
To model best practice approaches during challenging behaviours, ensuring there is coherent and consistent high levels of care.
To register as a Manager with Ofsted and to work directly with and as part of the senior management team for the best interest of the children, young people, staff and the company.
Must have the following:
A strong working knowledge of EBD and behaviour that challenges.
Experience on providing supervision, mentoring and upskilling staff.
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for a Residential Childcare (or equivalent qualification).

Deputy Manager
Salary £40,000 per annum
(sleep in rate £60 per night)
We are seeking a Deputy Manager to join our team, you must have the passion and commitment for working with children and young people and making a positive difference to their lives. You will be experienced in this field, we will provide you with an excellent training programme and also we will offer you development so that you can progress with your career.
You will be responsible for working with the Manager in a children's home, ensuring that our children and young people receive the highest standards of support and care which are appropriate to their personal needs, being committed to our children and young people by helping them achieve their goals, also building and developing positive relationships with our children and young people, to encourage them to participate in the opportunities offered within the home. along with supporting them to complete everyday tasks. In addition you will also be building up positive working relationships with external stakeholders. You will also be working with other staff members and being involved with the planning of rotas along with the Manager.
You will ensure that all record keeping and all administration requirements of the team are achieved, this may include care plans, risk assessments, conducting key work sessions, and holding supervisions with staff. You will be responsible for the effective Safeguarding of the children and young people within your care and fully understand how to raise any concerns.
We are looking for:
- Have an understanding of the relevant legislation relating to the care of young people, experienced of working within a residential setting, experience of working with young people that have emotional and behavioural disorders and / or learning disabilities.
- A diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent at level 3 or 4.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Applicants must be over the age of 21.
- Full driving licence.
- Right to work in the UK (we do not offer sponsorship at this moment in time).

Senior Residential Support Worker
£14.65 per hour
(sleep in rate £60 per night)
We are seeking a Senior Residential Support Worker, you must have a passion and commitment for working with children and young people and making a positive difference to their lives. You will be experienced in this field to join our team, we will provide you with an excellent training programme and also we will offer you development so that you can progress with your career.
You will be responsible for working with the Manager of a children's home, along with building and developing positive relationships with our young people and to encourage them to participate fully in opportunities offered within our homes, along with supporting them to complete everyday tasks. In addition you will also be working with other staff members, and providing the highest standards of care for our young people in our settings, You will ensure that record keeping and administration requirements of the team are met, this can include care plans, long with risk assessments and any other documentation.
We are looking for:
- Ability to work shifts (07.00 to 23.00pm) and sleep ins.
- Have an understanding of the relevant legislation relating to the care of young people, experienced of working within a residential setting, experience of working with young people that have emotional and behavioural disorders and / or learning disabilities.
- A diploma in Residential Childcare or equivalent at level 3 or 4.
- Hold a full UK driving licence.
- Applicants must be over the age of 21.
